The Home
This updated craftsman home is within easy walking distance of Colorado College and comes fully furnished with all of the essentials. Each bedroom has a queen or full bed, at least one dresser, a closet or clothing rack, and a desk. Every room has a smart locking door handle for individual privacy.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Just bring what you can fit in your car, and you're ready for the school year at Colorado College.
The fully-fenced and private back yard and lovely covered front porch provide great outdoor space — essential in Colorado. Even better, it's all xeriscaped for simple, easy maintenance.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities except trash and recycling, which are included with the rent. There is fiber Internet to the house — tenants just choose and initiate their service.

Lease & Application
Lease term runs June 1 – May 20. Here's the process from application to move-in.
All occupants and their co-signers must complete an application.
One party can reserve the house by applying and paying a $300 refundable hold fee. That gives everyone else 10 days to complete their applications.
Once all applications are approved, the landlord provides a lease for your review.
The lease must be signed within 7 days. A $3,000 non-refundable deposit is due at signing.
June rent must be paid by Feb 1, 2027. The remaining $1,550 deposit is paid prior to move-in.
